Wash the small pumpkin, cut off the top, dig out the seeds, and dig the inner wall smoothly.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes, then take it out and let cool.

Tips:
The egg liquid is more delicate after being sieved, and the steamed pumpkin should be taken out and allowed to cool before adding the egg liquid.
