The flour is made into a smooth dough with boiling water of about 80 degrees, covered with a damp cloth and awake for 30 minutes

Generally fry for about 7 minutes, turning over in the middle. If the electric baking pan is heated together with the upper and lower lids, the time will be shortened, but it does not look good.
Tips:
After chopped leeks, mix well with sesame oil to prevent water leakage.
