Wash the green radish

Rub it into silk with a wiper.

Dry in the sun for 1-2 days

This is after two days of drying, and it can be dried in eight to nine minutes.

The dried shredded radish is washed to remove the floating soil, and poured into hot water to soak for a few minutes.

Prepare seasonings when soaking shredded radish: sugar, chili powder, salt, five-spice powder

The soaked radish shreds squeeze out the water and put them into the container. (Don’t squeeze too much)

Add five spice powder, salt, sugar, chili powder and other seasonings in turn

Add the seasoning and mix well. Cover with an airtight lid and marinate for a few hours before eating.
