Tuna

Wash the tuna and sprinkle with a little salt

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small strips and extract the foam

Chopped green onions

Sliced ginger

Spread some shredded ginger under the fish, sprinkle some green onions on top of the fish, put it in a pot, and steam for 10 minutes

After the fish is steamed, remove the green onions from the fish.

Sprinkle with raw green onion, if you like it, make more, if you don’t like, make less, and drizzle with soy sauce

In another pot, when the oil is hot, add shredded shiitake mushrooms, stir fry several times and then add shredded ginger

Just pour it on the fish after it's fried
