Turnip Peel

Clean the radish skins, add salt until the water comes out, discard, and wash the radish skins with boiled water.

Prepare 4 garlic seeds and 4 small red peppers (rinse with cold water)

Chop the garlic seeds, cut the small red peppers, put in the radish skins, and put half a spoon of sugar.

Put another spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, and half a spoonful of dark soy sauce.

Stir well, close the lid and wait for eight hours before serving.
