Twice-cooked Homemade Tofu

Wash the tofu, cut into long strips, dry the tofu and put it in a plate for later use.

Cut green peppers into strips and set aside.

Put the oil in a hot pan and saute the scallion, ginger, minced garlic, spicy bean paste, add cooking wine, sugar, refined salt, and soy sauce, stir evenly, add tofu and green pepper.
