Twice Cooked Pork

Boil the pork until 7 minutes cooked, slice it, and set aside. (My one is the remaining half of yesterday’s cold white meat), cut the green pepper into sections

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork, stir fry, fry more to force out the pork oil

Add watercress and continue to fry
