Twice Cooked Pork

Wash and cut garlic for later use.

Boil the meat with the skin in hot water, remove the blood, remove the slices and set aside.

Stir the garlic in a hot oil pan and set aside.

Stir the ginger in a frying pan, add the sliced meat, and stir fry.
5.
Color the soy sauce, add appropriate amount of green onion mate bean paste, and stir fry.
6.
Pour the previously fried garlic into the pot, stir fry together, and start the pot.
