Twice-cooked pork is a home-cooked dish that we like to eat here. We like the garlic sprouts to match the most. But now that there are no garlic sprouts in the season, it has been changed to match high bamboo shoots. It's as delicious as fried.

Ingredients

Twice-cooked Pork Fried High Bamboo Shoots

1. Pork cooked in advance and sliced

2. High bamboo shoot slices

3. Pour the twice-cooked pork slices into the pot and fry out the oil

4. Stir-fry with Douban

5. Stir-fry the bamboo shoots with height and add MSG

6. Loading

Tips:

It’s better to buy pork belly and stir fry. Buy it and cook for about 10 minutes, remove it and slice it. The ingredients can be randomly matched and fried and it is delicious.
