Twist

Put all the ingredients in the dough mixer and beat them into a smooth dough. Different ingredients can be made into different varieties of twists: sweet and salty twists, green onion twists, milky twists, spicy twists, fruity twists and so on.

After kneading and smoothing the dough, put it in a pot. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out, and wake up for 30 minutes.

This is a manual twist, not suitable for twist machine production. You can only rub it with your hands.

After waking up the noodles, press the noodle machine several times. Press into smooth noodles.

Then cut the strips with a knife and cut evenly.

After cutting into strips, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 20 minutes.

Rub both ends with both hands, rubbing vigorously in the opposite direction. Just twist it into twists.

Put the frying pan directly to fry, the oil temperature is 170 degrees.

Fry until golden, scoop up and drain.
