Two-color Cabbage and Preserved Fried Rice

Shred purple cabbage and cabbage, and chop onion and sausage for later use;

Beat and fry the eggs into chunks;
3.
Put the spatula and shovel into a bowl for later use;
4.
Add a little oil to the pot, pour the garlic and sauté;
5.
Pour down the two-color shredded cabbage, onion and sausage and stir fry together;
6.
Stir fry until 5 mature,
7.
Pour the rice and fry together, season with salt and fry.
8.
Pour the eggs and fry them until they are mature and ready to be out of the pan.
