Two-color Celery Powder

Spicy millet, green peppers, green onions, cut well and set aside.

Wash celery and cut into small pieces (convenient to taste).

Boil the vermicelli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

Heat oil and sauté the scallions, then add celery and stir fry.

Add the vermicelli and green pepper after changing the color.

Add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and sugar, stir-fry evenly, and then add an appropriate amount of water (just drizzle the celery).

Start simmering slowly until the soup is almost confiscated, add the spicy millet just before it is out of the pot.

The finished product has bright color, crispy taste of celery, soft waxy and silky vermicelli, a perfect match.
