Two-flavor Grilled Crab

Wash the hairy crabs in clean water without untying the rope.

Place the washed hairy crabs on the steaming tray.

Fill the steamer water tank with water.

Select the steam function, set 100°C, and steam for 15 minutes.

Take out the cooked hairy crab, untie the rope, and separate the crab body and legs with scissors.

Place the crab legs on tin foil, sprinkle three spoons of salt on the surface, and wrap the crab legs with tin foil.

Lift the crab cover and remove the internal organs.

Chop garlic into minced garlic.

Sprinkle the garlic on the surface of the crab cover and crab body.

Finally, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on the crab cover and the surface of the crab body.

Put the crab cover, the crab body and the crab legs wrapped in tin foil together on the baking tray. The steaming oven selects the upper and lower grill function. After preheating at 180 degrees, place the crabs on the lower layer and bake for 12 minutes.

Tips:
1. If you like a richer taste, you can cover more cheese to fill the crab cover.
2. People with cold body should not eat more. You can cover the surface with ginger slices when steaming.
