Vanilla cookies. The slightly salty cookies are my girl’s favorite flavor.
I wanted to make scallions, but found that there are no scallions.
Temporarily changed to an Italian blend of vanilla,
The taste is very satisfying.

Ingredients: 75 grams of butter, 50 grams of corn oil, 50 grams of water, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of Italian mixed vanilla, 200 grams of low flour.

Vanilla Cookies

1. Material drawing.

2. The butter is softened and the powdered sugar is beaten until fluffy. Add corn oil in portions and stir well.

3. Add water in portions and stir thoroughly to form a fine butter paste.

4. Add vanilla to the butter paste and mix well.

5. Sift the flour into the butter paste.

6. Mix into cookie batter.

7. Install the piping mouth and put the batter into the piping bag.

8. Squeeze out cookies. Preheat the oven 180 degrees in advance.

9. Put the baking tray into the oven at 180 degrees on the middle level for about 12 minutes. After turning off the oven, let it simmer in the oven for ten minutes and let it cool.

Tips:

1. If there is no powdered sugar, white sugar can also be used, the taste will be different.
2. No matter what kind of liquid, it must be added several times in small amounts when adding, and then added after fully fusing.
3. This cookie is suitable for making small pieces. I suddenly thought of it after I made it this time. The pieces are too there, and it is easy to have a soft heart in the middle.
