Vegan Blueberry French Toast

Mix the mashed banana, milk cinnamon, vanilla and salt in a bowl.

In a saucepan, heat a teaspoon of coconut oil over medium heat. Dip the bread into the banana mixture and make sure it is completely covered on both sides. Fry it in a frying pan until golden brown, then flip the other side.

Repeat the above action until the banana mixture is used up.

At the same time, make blueberry compote, add a little water to the pot and heat the berries to medium temperature. Cook the berries and let them start to release all the juice and melt. Add Arctic Berries fruit powder and agave to taste.

Once the jam has a certain consistency, turn off the heat until it cools and thickens.
