Vegetable and Bean Roll

Prepare materials.

Cut the tofu skin into rectangular pieces with a length of about 16 cm and a width of about 10 cm. Place them in a pot of boiling water and cook for about half a minute. After removing it, put it in cold water and let it cool, then remove it and drain the water.

Cut the red pepper into sections and deep-fry it crispy!

Put the leeks in boiling water to soften them.

Cut the meat into long strips, add eggs and starch, and fry them in a frying pan.

Cut the cucumber into long strips and place the prepared ingredients on the plate.

Add ingredients according to personal taste.

To put it simply, garlic sprouts, cucumbers, and miso are reminiscent of pancake rolls and green onions!

After being rolled into a roll, tie the knots with hot cooked leeks, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. Slightly boil the tofu skin with boiling water to get rid of the tofu. The cooking time is not easy to be too long.
2. Choose long leaves for leeks, so that they can be twisted twice and tied more firmly.
