Vegetable Dumpling with Juice

Clean the white radish, carrots, green bamboo shoots, and purple cabbage and cut them into shreds.

Divide the sliced vegetables into the plate.

The black fungus is washed with water and the sediment is blanched in a boiling water pot.

Put the boiled fungus into the center of the vegetable plate.
5.
Take a small bowl, pour some cold water, add salt, Thai lime juice, sugar, and fish sauce and stir well.
6.
Add a spoonful of oiled chili and a little sesame oil and stir well.
7.
Just pour the prepared sauce on the vegetable mass.
