Vegetable Grain Cat Ears

Knead the dough to be harder and drier than making dumpling wrappers;

Cut into pellets and round slightly;

Sprinkle some flour on the sushi bamboo roll, put a grain on it, press it down with your thumb, and then push it forward, the dough has lines and rolls up;

Place the pressed dough on a board sprinkled with dry powder, and boil it after all the dough is ready;
