Vegetable Lump Soup

Prepare potatoes and carrots and cut into dices,

Pour the diced vegetables into the flour,

Shake the basin so that the diced vegetables are covered with flour,

Prepare a basin of water, soak the diced vegetables in the water and remove them.

Pour into the basin and repeat the above steps,

Take it out after immersing in water again,

Repeat this step several times until it becomes gnocchi,

Bring to a pot, boil water, add salt to boil, pour in the gnocchi and cook and remove.

Heat the pan with less oil, sauté the onion and ginger, pour in the tomatoes, stir fry for the juice,

Bring an appropriate amount of salt and balsamic vinegar to a boil over high heat,

Tips:
When the lump is soaked in water, remove it when it gets wet.
