Vegetable Shrimp Noodle

Cut green onion into sections, shred lentils, shred eggplant, shred meat, peel and cut shrimp into sections.

Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and put green onion until fragrant, put the shredded shrimps, put some tomato sauce (maybe it’s the same if you don’t put it, this time I messed up some), turn over until the shrimps turn red, put lentils and eggplants

Tips:
In fact, I usually use whatever ingredients are available at home. Various nutritious vegetables can be added. There are also eggs. If the eggs are used, it is best to put them in the water, except for those who like to eat poached eggs.
