Vegetable Soup
1.
Prepare vegetables. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into cubes. Wash tomatoes and cabbage and cut them into cubes.
2.
Pour oil in the wok and stir the tomatoes into tomato sauce
3.
Put the potatoes in the soup pot, add about half a pot of water, add the simmered tomato sauce and cabbage one by one. After the high heat boils, turn to a low heat. After about 25 minutes, crush the potatoes, add salt and tomato sauce, and cook for 5 minutes before serving. If you like to drink clear soup, do not crush the potatoes
Tips:
1. When cooking the soup, use a spoon to turn it over at intervals to prevent the potatoes from sticking to the bottom of the pot, which will affect the taste;
2. Crush the potatoes before they are out of the pot to make the starch in the potatoes melt into the soup and make the soup thicker.
