Recently, my friend asked me to make some egg yolk cakes for her, so I bought some lard. Don’t use the remaining oil residue to stir-fry green vegetables too much. It’s super fragrant.

Vegetables with Oil Residue

1. Wash the vegetables, cut them well and set aside

2. Ready for oil residue

3. Put the lard in the pot and heat to melt

4. After the oil is hot, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant, then add oil residue and stir fry

5. Add salt to the leaf stalk of the green vegetable and stir fry

6. Add green cabbage leaves, add some water and sprinkle with chicken broth, stir fry evenly, then serve

7. start

Tips:

1. The leaf stalk should be fried first, and the vegetable leaves should be put later. If the vegetable leaves are put together, it is very unpalatable
2. If you don’t like fried lard, you can also use your favorite oil
