Vegetarian Assorted Beancurd

Ingredients: yuba (soaked and cleaned and cut into sections), black fungus (soaked and cleaned), day lily (soaked and cleaned), peanuts (cooked), cinnamon, aniseed

Put the day lily and black fungus in a pot of water, put the cinnamon and aniseed.

Boil for 1 minute and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut yuba and the cooked peanuts and stir fry.

Next, stir-fry the blanched black fungus and day lily.
