Vegetarian Assorted Fried Rice

Cut carrots, onions, and green bamboo shoots into small cubes, and chop garlic cloves into minced garlic.

Beat the eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, drip a few drops of white wine to remove fishy, heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the eggs into broken eggs.

Pour the oil in a separate pot. Stir-fry the diced carrots. When the color changes, add the diced green bamboo shoots, diced onions, and minced eggs. While stirring, add salt, chicken powder and oyster sauce. Continue to stir fry until slightly browned and out of the pan.

If you have peas, shiitake mushrooms, and ham at home, it would be even better.
