Vegetarian Duck

Wash the materials in the picture separately, measure them, and cut into shreds for later use

Pour vegetable oil in the pot, pour all the chopped shreds and green onions into the stir-fry

Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and salt to taste, and continue to stir fry until cooked

Remove the tofu skin, cut into 18X18 cm squares for later use (size can be any size)

Tips:
Tofu skin is easy to scorch, so be sure to keep the heat low.
