"Jianzhen Su Duck" needs tofu skins, winter bamboo shoots, green peppers, and red peppers, but the season is wrong. Winter bamboo shoots cannot be bought fresh anyway. Therefore, a lot of changes have been made in the filling ratio. .

Vegetarian Duck

1. Wash the materials in the picture separately, measure them, and cut into shreds for later use

2. Pour vegetable oil in the pot, pour all the chopped shreds and green onions into the stir-fry

3. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and salt to taste, and continue to stir fry until cooked

4. Remove the tofu skin, cut into 18X18 cm squares for later use (size can be any size)

6. Cover a piece of tofu skin and fix it with toothpicks to make a vegetarian duck
