Vegetarian Fried Bean Sprouts

Wash the leeks, cut into sections, and separate the stems and leaves

Shredded red pepper

Wash mung bean sprouts

Heat the oil in the pan
5.
Add the bean sprouts and the white part of the leek and stir fry
6.
Stir-fry the bean sprouts until soft and the white leek is cut off. Add leek leaves, red pepper, light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence and stir fry. If the leek leaves are broken, add vinegar and stir-fry evenly.
