Vegetarian Fried Chiba Tofu

Prepare raw materials;

Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, spread the Chiba tofu cubes on the bottom of the pan and fry it slightly;

Fry it slightly and then turn it over and fry the other side too;

After the tofu is fried, add red pepper rings and garlic diced to stir fry;

Then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and continue to stir fry for color;

Pour in the prepared shredded cabbage and carrots and continue to stir fry;

Tips:
1. Slightly fry the Chiba tofu on both sides, which is more conducive to the taste of the tofu; 2. Add some vegetable shreds to make the taste more layered and nutritious.
