Vegetarian Fried Chili
1.
4-6 fresh hot peppers, more if you like.
2.
Wash, remove the head and tail, and cut into sections.
3.
Gently pat it with a knife to flatten the peppers for easy frying.
4.
Fry, add a small amount of salt.
5.
One side becomes soft and discolored, turn it over and fry.
6.
Fry on both sides until soft.
7.
Add light soy sauce and wait for the flavor to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Choose straight peppers with thick meat and good taste; light soy sauce is better, which directly affects the taste and has a meaty taste! It's not greasy than the meat.
