Vegetarian Fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Main and auxiliary materials: Pleurotus eryngii, green pepper Wash and slice the pleurotus eryngii. Green pepper slices.

Boil water in a pot, add oyster mushrooms and blanch them until cooked. Then put it in cold water, drain the water, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add spare eryngii mushrooms and stir fry. Add light soy sauce and salt to taste.

Add appropriate amount of water. After boiling, let it boil for 5 minutes to make it delicious.
