Vegetarian Fried Potato Shreds

One potato, the size is shown in the figure. Peel and grate potatoes, do the same with carrots.

Soak the potato shreds in tap water.

After the oil has smoked, add 2 peppercorns, add green onion after the aroma is released.

After the green onion is fragrant, pour the shredded coleslaw (pour out the water in the potato shreds pot and leave a proper amount in it), add salt, half a spoon of soy sauce, and a spoon of vinegar, and stir fry quickly.

When the potato shreds have collected the juice, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Raw potato shreds do not need to be washed too much. Some potato shreds with starch residue will feel thick when fried.
