Vegetarian Fried Rice

Prepare chopped green onion, cold rice, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots.

Add oil in a hot pan, heat the oil and stir diced mushrooms until fragrant.

Then add diced carrots and fry until excellent.
4.
Add cold rice and fry until the rice is loose.
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
6.
When the rice is loose and fragrant, turn the heat to low, add the chopped green onion, and fry until the flavour comes out.
7.
A serving of vegetarian fried rice is complete.
