Vegetarian Pork Ribs

Knead the rice flour and water by hand for about 20 minutes to make gluten

Cut the lotus root into small pieces and shape them into bones. Wash them with water to remove the lotus root powder.

Cut the kneaded gluten strips into strips and wrap the lotus root strips in a frying pan until golden brown (let cool)

Add black pepper and serve on a plate.
