Vegetarian Radish

Peel the white radish and cut into small pieces.

Cut garlic and ginger well and set aside.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and add the shredded ginger.

Pour in the white radish and fry for two minutes.
5.
Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
6.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
7.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil.
8.
Season with salt and turn to medium heat.
9.
Cook until the radishes are fully cooked, collect the juice on high heat, add the fresh vegetables and stir-fry.
10.
Drizzle with black sesame oil and stir-fry well before serving.
