Vegetarian Stir-fried Bean Curd

First process the ingredients, wash the tofu skin and cut into thin filaments; cut the green onion into sections; cut the ginger and chili as you like and set aside.

Heat up the pan and heat the oil, add the ginger slices in the oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add the bean curd and stir fry. Remember to pour some water on the side of the pot at this step to prevent the pot from sticking.
