Vegetarian Stir-fried Garlic Moss

Garlic moss.

Remove the unused part of the garlic moss, wash and cut into sections.

Heat oil in a dry pan, add garlic moss, and cut a dried chili shell.

Stir-fry on high heat for about five minutes, add a small amount of water as appropriate, stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper and light soy sauce and stir-fry well before serving.
