Vegetarian Stir-fried Hairy Beans

Fresh edamame beans are bought in the market and we cut them into filaments. Soak in clean water.

Before frying, prepare a large drainer and drain it for later use.

Put a little rapeseed oil in the pot. Stir the hairy beans on medium heat

The flat edamame is a little bit dry, add a little salt, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Add the ginger and garlic, add the cut green and red peppers and continue to fry.

Drizzle the light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
7.
Just put some chicken essence and stir-fry evenly before starting the pan.

Very delicious seasonal stir-fry!
Tips:
The hairy beans must be soaked in clean water. It will taste delicious only if you stir up the moisture over medium heat.
