Vegetarian Stir-fried Mustard Greens

The mustard greens and red peppers are soaked in light salt water for 10 minutes and then washed repeatedly. The mustard greens sold in the market here are also different. The leaves of this mustard are purple, and the soup will be purple after frying. There is another type of mustard, which is a bit like a heart of cabbage and is completely green.
