Vegetarian Stir-fried Soybean Sprouts

Soybean sprouts washed and dried to control moisture

Wash the small rapeseed

Add a little salt and a few drops of cooking oil to the water, boil it, add the small rapeseed and blanch it until it is broken

Minced shallots and garlic

Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the shallots and minced garlic

Pour in bean sprouts and stir-fry evenly, add mushroom soy sauce and salt

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, five-spice powder, cooking wine and boil for about 5 minutes to thicken the glutinous rice flour
8.
Beside the small rapeseed, pour the fried soybean sprouts into the middle of the rapeseed and serve.
Tips:
Soy bean sprouts must be fried to make the bean smell less.
