Vegetarian Stir-fried Zucchini

1. Peel the zucchini, dig out the seeds in the middle, and rinse with water

2. Cut the washed zucchini into evenly thick slices

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add garlic and sauté

4. Pour the sliced zucchini into the pot

5. Stir fry for three or four minutes until the zucchini is slightly soft

6. Add 1 tsp of soy sauce

7. Continue to stir fry evenly

8. When the zucchini is about 8 or 9 minutes old, add some salt to taste, and stir-fry well before serving.

Tips:

1. Don't cut the zucchini too thin, a little bit thick, if it is too thin, it will easily be super rotten;
2. The soy sauce is added for toning, or not, the taste is also very good;
3. Don't fry the zucchini too well. If it is too ripe, it will be rotten when you eat it, so it can be out of the pot when it is cooked for 8 or 9 minutes.
