Vegetarian Taro Balls

Wash the small taro, put it in a pot, add water and boil until soft, remove the skin and put it in a larger basin, and mash it into a puree;

Add sweet potato flour, a little salt, and stir evenly until it looks like the picture;

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water boils, squeeze the dough into small balls into the water like making meatballs. After the water boils, remove them;

Wash the garlic, green onions, and coriander and treat them as shown in the picture;
5.
Add proper amount of oil to the pot, add garlic and stir fragrant after the oil is hot;
6.
Add a small bowl of water, appropriate amount of salt, and soy sauce;
7.
Pour in the prepared taro balls;
8.
Add cilantro and green onions and it's ready.
Tips:
1. When making taro puree, you can also peel the taro first and then boil it in water;
2. The method of making taro balls is the same as that of meatballs;
