Vermicelli Mixed with Kelp

Prepare materials. Wash the coriander and chop finely; cut the dried vermicelli into short pieces; boil the kelp softly and cut into fine shreds.

Put the vermicelli in the cooking pot to boil, put the vermicelli to boil, remove the water and let it cool.

Put the cold vermicelli and kelp shreds in a bowl, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and white vinegar, add the coriander and mix well.
Tips:
White vinegar for cold vermicelli will not affect the color of vermicelli.
