Wash the chicken wings and mark two knives on the front and back to help the chicken wings taste better.

Mix the condiments: garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, sweet red pepper powder, white pepper powder, pour in hot water, and stir evenly.

The marinated chicken wings, use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the surface (the color can only be colored when they are fried). Turn on medium heat, pour a little vegetable oil into a non-stick pan, add chicken wings when the oil is hot, and fry on both sides until golden brown. (If there are more chicken wings, they can be fried in 2 or 3 times)
6.
Pour the remaining sauce when marinating in the fried chicken wings.
7.
Add boiling water flush with the chicken wings, stir evenly, cover with a lid, simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. (If you make a lot of it, extend the cooking time appropriately.)
8.
After the stew is done, turn on a high heat to collect the sauce, and let the sauce hang on the chicken wings.
9.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with appropriate amount of sauteed white sesame seeds.
