My family doesn't like spicy food, so I made a vinegar shredded potato, which tastes good, home cooking, simple and delicious.

Vinegar Shredded Potatoes

1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into shreds, soak in cold water

2. Put oil in the pot to heat up, put in the pepper star anise to make a fragrance, and then take out the pepper star anise

3. Shred the ginger, add the ginger and sauté until golden brown

4. Then add onion shreds

5. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir fry for a while

6. Put the soaked potato shreds into the pot, stir-fry evenly, add a little vinegar and stir-fry for a while

7. When half cooked, add a little salt and stir fry. When it is out of the pan, add a little monosodium glutamate to taste and it is out of the pan.

Tips:

Vinegar should be added to the vinegar potato shreds in advance to keep the potato shreds crisp and taste smoother and more tender.
