Volcanic Mashed Potatoes

2 potatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper 100g minced pork belly, 15g light soy sauce, 15g oyster sauce, 1g salt, 5g starch

Dice green and red peppers and set aside

Wash the potatoes and peel them

Cut thick slices for later use

Tips:
1. After the potatoes are steamed, there are chopsticks to test the softness and hardness, the softer the easier to be pressed
