Walnut and Yam Poria Porridge

Preparation: rice, walnut kernel, poria, yam

Grind Poria into powder or buy Poria powder directly

Wash the rice; yam peeled and cut into hob blocks

Tips:
Please wear disposable gloves when you go to the yam skin to prevent itchy yam mucus on your hands.
