Wasabi Kelp Shreds

Soak the kelp in advance.

Fry the peanuts over low heat and remove them for later use.

Wash the kelp and shred it.
4.
Remove the seaweed shreds after they are cooked.
5.
Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, and green chili rings.
6.
Add salt, sugar, old vinegar, light soy sauce.
7.
Add 1 bag of mustard salad dressing.
8.
Just mix well.
Tips:
When cooking kelp, add less vinegar and cook it together, which will make the kelp soften and cook faster.
