Water Boiled Meatballs

Wash and slice the wax gourd.

Pour the oil in a wok, heat up the green onions, sauté the ginger and winter melon. Add a proper amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil

Adjust the meat filling: ginger, cooking wine, salt, egg, five-spice powder, white pepper, sesame oil
