Water Chestnut Balls

Prepare minced pork and water chestnuts

Add salt, rice wine, egg white and light soy sauce to the minced pork and stir in a clockwise direction until it is sticky. Wash and peel the water chestnuts

Then chop the water chestnuts into finely minced pieces and mix with the minced pork

Hot pot pour oil

Tips:
1. When frying, the oil temperature should be controlled, not too high to avoid frying
