Watercress Beef Ball Soup

6 beef balls, sliced rice-shaped knife, and a bottle of garlic oil for use.

Wash watercress and cut into sections.
3.
Add a large bowl of beef balls to the pot and bring to a boil with cold water.
4.
Bring to a boil and simmer for a while.
5.
Scoop a tablespoon of garlic oil.
6.
Add to the pot, cook for a while, add salt to taste.
7.
Add watercress.
8.
Add two more spoons of lard.
9.
Press the watercress until it becomes soft and green.
