Watermelon Skin Dumplings (fungus, Carrot, Beef~) Three-color Dumplings

Remove the watermelon rind and leave it in the middle, then cut into strips, blanch and chop for later use.

Tips:
Distribute the watermelon rind water and squeeze it dry as much as possible. The beef filling is okay. If it is pork, it must be squeezed dry, otherwise it will be very wet.
